i know most people moan about their front sus knocking and put it down to just spring moving.... mine was a little worse! see below the remains of my top mount bearing! mite be worth checking/ replacing yours if they knock...

Wow thts bad, lol i work in a garage n ive seen some f***ed bearings but... tht must have been a really loud knocking noise for it to be tht bad. Glad you've sorted it tho i have a slight noise coming from my d/s/f thought it was the spring moving but i will have to remove them and check, cheers
