ko3s fitted

got my ko3s fitted an mapped today 222.8 bhp and 26o ftlb hoped for more,think i may have a boost leak as in 4th an 5th under sustained load hits limp mode.
This did happen before the new turbo was fitted, the car was mapped and i thought it was the standard tip collapsing , so had new forge tip fitted same time as turbo.
still getting charge pressure control negative deviation,new n75 an vac lines.
It only happens when engine is really under load ie; up hill in 4th 5th gear .
any help much appeciated.

Why didn't you choose a more retubutable software company??

because they did my ko3 map and had good results, also they only charged me £130 for fitting the turbo and mapped it for free ,drives better though an it was 24 degress ambient temp when it was dyno'd

24'C is not high temp for being on a RR....

is it not when they first mapped my ko3 it made 201 at 27 deg and a week later 212 at 19 i did not think it was that hot tho hoped for more

I've seen >40'C in a RR booth....

bet that zapped power right down, any ideas on negative deviation?

The RR should be able to compensate for most of it in the way it calculates power..

yea i would like to have seen more there rr is brand new dastek 2wd system cant understand it really as ko3s only made 10bhp than ko3, gona go back at the weekend see what they say as people with similar mods have seen at least 240

ko3's with the correct mods will see you 230ish bhp and a decent map that is. Good luck tho

cheers mate it does have a lot more top end power than ko3 which is what i wanted.

I was on a Dastek RR on Sat and I made 237bhp and 267lb/ft....
