ko3s (Leaky oil/water lines)

I've installed a ko3s to my cupra, but now noticed that i have a small oil/water leak from the oil/water lines to the turbo. (I think) only small drips.

Only noticed the other day as i was doin checks to make sure eveything was ok.

When fitting the lines i just done a straight swop over from ko3 to ko3s, i think there was one washer on each line, but now reading over the guide on SCN i noticed that there should be CRUSH WASHERS before and after!!!?

Im not sure on where the washers should/shouldn't be??

Any part numbers for these crush washers as i still have new washers left over and want to make sure these are what need to be fitted.

Want to try fix the problem 2mora.

you need the following

coolant lines use N0138149
oil lines use N0138128

Thats what i still have left over, 5 of them, so i'll try fit them 2mora.

Whats is meant by CRUSH WASHERS before and after???

Do u have a pic of them on ETKA?? so i can see where they are meant to be.

i've got pics of them but only have ETKA on works pc so can't help with that bit at the mo

there's a crush washer between each contacting surface (some of the lines also use a spacer/sleeve) so it should fit something like below

banjo bolt
crush washer
coolant line
crush washer
spacer
crush washer
engine/turbo

hope that makes sense
