Lacquer coming off my lcr!!!!

Right ive got a yellow LCR as some people know and all the metal work has faded but the bumpers an plastic bits havent,but now i took a sticker of my bonnet to change it an its took the Lacquer with it an the paint underneath is the bright yellow it first was like new so how do i get over this? do i have to have the lacquer taken off if this is possible an redone? any ideas

Is it less that 5 years old mate as you could take it to seat? As they supposedly have a 5 year paint warrantee.

Thats why i wont put stickers on paint work, if its laquer peel your best off re painting as the rest of the bonnet will follow soon

Think your buggered mate, lots of us Ovni owners are the same, just need to wait till you cant put up with it an then go for a respray, thats what i'm gonna be doing!

or you could get the bonnet Vinyl wrapped might be a way of doing something different

All mine has come off the whole car!

Hope to do something about it but I can't afford to have the car painted.
