Lambda sensors - de-cat

Hi,
I am thinking about getting my car de-catted. Garage said would be a problem if it has two lambda sensors. I own a Seat Ibiza Mk4 2.0 8V - will it be a problem?

Yes it will.

The second probe will pick up there is no cat and bring the EML on. The engine ECU will also go into an open loop running program which will effect your economy and running,

You would somehow have to fool the second probe into thinking its seeing a post cat signal, there are some spacer blocks that move the probe out into fresh air but i'm not sure how effective these are.
