I took my Formentor V1 PHEV in yesterday to have a new battery control module and various updates including one to fix the SOS system pop issue (and was expecting an infotainment update to 1898 or 1899). The service guys said they couldn’t do the updates because there were 2 outstanding OTA updates (something like 903/904?) which I need to do before they could do their updates. The car is not showing a red dot to indicate availability of updates when either connected by eSIM or WI-FI. No updates are showing in the settings menu. The dealer said this is because I didn’t have privacy set to the lowest (it only disabled position sharing) but I don’t think this is correct? Is there any way of checking for updates ? What OTA updates should be available?
