Yeah the rear bumper was resprayed before I bought it, they did a crap job of it! Whole front end could do with a spray as well, stone chips galore!

You could try and wet sand the dullness out the bumper then polish it back up to a shine. Depends on whether or not you plan on getting it sprayed or not - if you defo are, it's worth a shot :)
 
Had the car put a drive tonight. And it's gubbed again!! No torque what so ever, still boosting to full pressure but its just gutless. I don't know what to try next wether the timings out following the cam change or if the turbos dying. Kind of feeling like selling up now tbh

I can't remember if your car is diesel or petrol but if it's diesel it could be the mass air flow meter but not 100% sure, just a guess really. Or as you say, it could be the timing.
 
Take it back to the guys who fixed it, perhaps they've not done the job right. I'd also be tempted to take the map off too if you've thought it's not quite right - it could be doing more harm than good.
