LCR 210 vs 225

yeah but you still need to the 225 wheel the standard wheel on the LCR is a joke

im after one! also check on that photo why the plastic cover is missing for the vagcom port, has he had bits done to it or is it just lost or fallen off worth asking

mine was pretty ticky to get off thats all

if you ant got the pedel covers what have you got to cover the steel pedels

Bit surprised there's no difference in performance between a 210 vs 225 according to others here, so the extra 15 bhp more standard means nothing in performance ? I was under the impression that when you drive a standard 225 there's a slight more sharpnish to it than a 210

Mapped there exactly the same , standard there might be a slight difference but none that you would notice

Another thing I'm a bit surprised with, had my mk1 lcr on a rolling road before a remap and it pushed 231.1 bhp on standard, had nothing done to the car apart from using v power fuel, didn't know v power gave a 9bhp power increase, after remap got it to 265bhp tho been told it would get more powerfull over the next 2 to 3 weeks as the ecu would adjust to the new settings so could be looking around the 270 ish to 275 bhp figures, had the remapping done at amd essex so its very well known and reliable, any1 have any views to this as I'm very curious what to make of all this, only brought my lcr a month ago !!!

Its very probable the dyno is overreading as most do since very accurate dyno's will get less trade ultimately due to thier lower figures compared to the majority.

Mines an early 210 with square mirrors and the silver pedals, again, I thought the pedals were standard?

Mines missing the vag port cover though, can you get replacements?

i have now replaced them with silver ones

i have been looking for a cupra r with recaros but by the time i find them there usually sold
the rear recaros how do they differ from normal cupra r rear seats

its all about having the front seats which you can source on places like ebay anyway, rear seats are not worth much tbh probably more impractical really
