LCR - best coilpack & spark plugs

thinking of replacing both the coilpack and spark plugs on my next service

simple question,
whats the best out there for my LCR

im going for standard plugs and coilpacks... they are pretty good tbh!

you can get platinum ones that run better in cooler conditions... NGK ones... forget the part code though! sorry.

opies oils on here will sort you a deal on Spark plugs... but as far as im told the standards are NGK too

NGK are the best iv found for LCR's just check the gapping if you are mapped mate.

Closing the end of the plug down, but generally they come pre-gapped correctly.

see thats what i said when i bought spark plugs from audi but the guy at the parts desk reckons its .7mm

Im sure 0.7 is for mapped cars to take into account the extra air in the compustion chamber.

As above. mine had some super 4's in it when I bought it, they were 5k old and it refused to start.

As for coilpacks, I got a set from Awesome GTI, they do a set with red outlines on the tops. Checking the part number (they are OEM items) show they are the latest available version that VAG do for the 1.8T. Plus they look nice
