You should go for the NGK BKR7E with the stock number 6097 - They are copper plugs, which are colder, gap them to 0.7 and change them around 6000 km. cheap and effective!

Don't think so, I paid about 87 i think from Awesome, they're about 27 each from the stealers. Presumably Awesome get them in bulk at trade cost and stick a smaller retail markup on them than VAG do.
