LCR Charge pipe polishing???

I know there was a post on this site somewhere about what you need to polish up the charge pipe but can not find it anywhere.

Has anyone done this or have got some tips and pics too would be nice!!!

TTS roadsport sell polished/chrome charge pipes on an exchange basis if you can't be bothered to polish your own. i don't know how much they are though!
