LCR DV Error Code

Anyone know what can cause this error code? Running Forge 007p.

Would the wrong spring cause this error code?

17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)
P1297 - 35-00 - -

This is annoying me now.

I've changed the 007p spring back to standard (green) and cleaned re-greased my DV. Still very little power sub 3k.

Had a right good look at the vac hoses and can't see any problems. The only other thing i've changed are the Turbo to DV hose and Turbo to N75 hose.

Plenty VAC from inlet mani when I put my finger over it, likewise the vac hose on top of DV.

Could this be a N249 or N75 problem?

Bypassed the N249 now.

DV seems to be more responsive but still very little power between 2 - 3k rpm.

From my archives :D

  • Log blocks 115 and 118
  • Compare Specified vs Actual - These should be as close as possible
  • Check Block 118 (Boost Duty Cycle)
  • If it reaches 100 and the Requested vs actual at the corresponding RPM differ (a lot) then this indicates a potential boost leak/Faulty N75 Valve

I tend to put little tit-bits like this in text files that litter my HDD... really need to collate them at some point!
