Try the bolts in the other side

You misunderstood, try the bolts from the other side, and then see if they become loose.

I'm confused, other side, like the other wheel at the front?

Yes use them bolts in the side that keeps coming loose,and the ones that keep coming loose swap to the wheel that doesn't, see what happens.
