Adam - do you think they make much of a difference and are worth doing?

Yes they make a hell of a difference mate, just need to do the rears now.

That pic makes them look a bit pants, I'll try get a picture of the whole car soon as they actually look pretty smart :)
 
Have you literally made them yourself out of rubber matting or something or are they mudflaps from something else that you have adapted? I'm thinking of getting some universal ones and maybe getting the knife out.

Made them myself out of 1.5mm sheet.

I made templates first from cardboard then cut them out, marked where the screws needed to go then drilled them.

Used black pan head screws and penny washers to hold them on.

If you but the sparco ones from ebay [they come as 2 uncut sheets] you can make a set of 4 from just 1 set of 2 as there huge.
 
Make sure you get the 1.5mm ones, some places sell 2, 2.5 and even 3mm but you want 1.5mm or you wont be able to make it fit the shape of the wing/sideskirt/rear bumper etc.
