LCR Water Problem

Hi, I have a LCR with a bit of a problem. It has been back 3times now and the garage cant fix it! Sorry about the essay.
1) Firstly i noticed the water level was a little low and thought nothing of it as i was not sure where it was when i bought it. I topped it up and carried on, then noticed it had started droping, something not right. Took it to the dealer who cahanged a pipe near the turbo and said it was leaking and that was the problem.
2) The water started to drop again, obviously not fixed, booked it in again and this time was told that it was the radiator and they replaced it, at the same time i had mentoned the drivers foot well was wet, query heatermatrix? Was told nope that was a door seal and they fixed that too.
Great new radiator and seal fixed, should now be fine, Not to be!
3) Once again noticed the water level had dropped drastically, then afetr driving it the water level had shot up and was now above the maximum, hmmm, little worried now, then the water level droped and i topped it back up again. Back to the garage, This time they replaced ome seal n the top of the radiator and the bottom, said it was weeping from there, took it home, noted the level, checked in the morning, it had dropped a bit, maybe this was because it was hot, drove 1.5miles and was about to pop thye bonnet when the warning light came on, got out and checked and it had gone down!
4) Rang the garage, they said it may have just settled as it was fixed yesterday and i should top it up, whn i collected it i noted that the eater level was on the minimum, so this is where i filled it to when cold. 15miles up the road i stopped and checked, amazingly the water level had gone above the maximum and i only filled to the minimum.
5) Rang the garage and was told t was because i only filled to the minimum, i said that was rubbish, if i had filled to the maximum it would have been up to the top of thebottle with how much it rose! They are now saying that this cant happen and basically accusing me of lying.
Any advise please?

Its been drained and filled enough times, it would explain the water going don but once its down it shouldnt go back up again

Yea, but once the water level has gone down that would suggest that all of the air is out?
