hi guys
i have been on the forums for a nose a few times ..its great and really handy
just joined today as i have a slight problem
problem 1
i have te dreaded leaky seat cupra ..hence why i ave been here before lol
i have allways had the door leak , not so water comes in , i have dry carpets ..but i do get a tidle wave when i open my door - have tried allsorts to stop it and it still does it
problem2
i didnt suffer from the pollen filter leak until i decided to change my ecu from te 180 bhp to the 225 bhp
after carefully installing my pollen filter back i now get wet feet
first off the heaters stoped working due to the filter being soaked ..sorted that now but i still cant seem to stop it leaking
yesterday on the way home massive down pour and the car stared juddering like it was going to conk out
slowed right down and it stopped , but now when i put my foot down the ECU light flashes and it wont pull at all ..the turbo seems to not kick in and it judders like crazy ???
sounds like water got in because you can ere it popping .kinda a raspy sund like a scooby hahaha
is this problem linked or is it just bad luck

when i floor it esp in 3rd gear it seems to miss sometimes , the car throws me forward and then throws me back as the power comes back on , when i havent even changed my foot on the pedal
its as if the car is spinning or the traction control is coming on because ou can here a rumble .. im sure you guys know what i mean
btw way i have a 2002 blue seat cupra180 bhp , with the full r body kit , wheels and steering wheel
have had the ecu chipped up to around 225 bhp , also have a forged adjustable dumpvalve and a full stainless back box
the car wasnt seviced at all when i got it 2 years ago , but i have had 2 services sice owning it , one of them about 4 months ago
any help , pointers or helpfull cmments would be much appreciated
