Does this look right to you guys? Remember it is LHD...

Can anyone post a comparable pic of their cars?

Had my FL a couple of months. Havent driven in dark but loojs similar to mine against garage. Wife takes my car to work on weekends and she did say she was worried about blinding on coming cars as they were so bright!

Do you feel there is something wrong with the pattern? I think it's quite hard to tell from that distance as they will be designed to be at optimal spread at 20m+

I have another video - view, but would need to edit the plate out.
At a distance, the driver side is a fair bit higher than passenger side.
They just gave me the car back and I guess did nothing, since I was told "it is within the tolerance".
Well, I guess I will need to fix it myself :)
...the guy from the desk confirmed that there should be a ladder patrern, with the driver side being lower than passenger. Right now, it is not like that at all...

---edit--

Found the pic from a distance, once again, I remind this is a LHD car:

Right side needs to come up or left needs to go down.
Easy enough to do yourself with an allen key

BUT - they don't even look in line with the car.

Oh yeah that's horrible! That can't be right. I've seen mention of altering the height on the pre-facelift models. Not sure if the updated ones are the same but I am sure someone will be able to advise.

Yes the facelift led headlights have exactly the same manual up/down & left/right adjusters as the pre-facelift

Yeah, I think even the horizontal alignment is off... Bunch of clowns.
The lights were just fine, but after the car went in to replace the windshield and they calibrated and aligned everything, it came back like this.
Pretty sure today they did absolutely nothing...
I doubt they even checked with the machine.
I need to get the correct way to measure so that o can align it myself without depending on these clowns...

IIRC from my days of owning a projector headlight car with retro HIDs. The beam pattern would be higher on passenger side to show side of road further.

Do they auto level when turned on?

Why would they need to touch the lights if they replaced windscreen

Pretty sure the alignment point is in the handbook.

I seem to remember it is the top outer led on each light that is the reference.

Horizontally the centre of the beam should be in line with these points.
Vertically they require a 3% drop ( 3cm per meter )

Make sure the engine is running and the lights are switched on manually ( not on the auto lights setting )

Zero Credit from me

Assume - Make and Ass out of u and me - we constantly see on this site where the Seat Main dealers have no idea how to do basic stuff or have no understanding of the Cupra setup.
