Hi fr power can you link to the bulbs you got for the dipped beams thinking of doing these next, how do you find them, are they really White?
i got them, TBH these light output is sooo rubbish you can't see nothing LOL! but they do the job if your only in the city not out on the country roads. hmmmm thats hard question, when your in the car they are WHITE, they are much whiter than other car lights also hint of blue to them but when you go outside the car and have a look they look yellowish/white!

Put some LED DRL in, make the car look so much better imo

Your lights look good dave, I changed the sidelights on my sc massive improvement pics on page two of this thread!
Getting some more expensive LED's this weekend. They come with resistors as well so i'll have a look if I can wire them in. I'll let you know how I get on. Dave77 which model did you go for? Let me know how you get on with them.
They are the same that you have got from E Bay, will keep u posted if they start going out etc, will be interested to see how u get on
They do look great. Mine lasted about a week before the odd LED went out or started flickering. They are still in at the moment but about 40% of the led's have died.
The new ones are nearly £30 but look a much more solid design. I'll get some pics when I get the chance to pick them up.

I have spoken to F1autos on fleabay & they seem to think they will have canbus proof 382 LED bulbs in the next few weeks, similar to these:

oh not sure if I should hold fire on my ones then.. Saying that my dad is an electrician so i'm sure he sould be able to sort the wiring of a simple resistor.

Then I was thinking of trying some white high power std bulbs, I've heard that PIAA do proper bright items but have yet to find the right fitment - they should cause no problems at all??

where did you get these bulbs from mate, i have changed mine but a few of the LEDs have died already so im going to try a different pair next
Have a look at the ones at the top of this page. The ones I got from autobulbs are brill, bright White and there a canbus system so no bulb warning lights. Wanna change fogs now to a brighter White, if only LEDs were e marked for fogs hey...

iv put them in my car, haven't got any photos just yet tho, I'll try and post some tnight or tmoro. I can say they certainly look much better than the standards. alot whiter. there's no warning lights or anything. id recommend getting them.
