After doing aprox 1000 miles over the last 2 weeks in all the rain and crap weather, my car needed a damn good clean, so i decided that i would do it this morning.
I never took any pics to show how dirty it was before i cleaned it, but belive me it was filthy.
Hope you like?

Cheers. Considering i just washed it and went over it with Quick detailer it has come up as good as a layer of half decent wax.
Bet it will be filthy by monday night though :(

Looking nice-n-shiney there davey  , have just spent the last 4.5 hours cleaning mine inside and out. The weather has been sh*t here too so some sun and its all hands on deck!!
By the way what have you done to get the power up?

Thanks mate, i still need to do the inside of mine, but i'm suffering with man flu, so couldn't be arsed.
I got it mapped by custom code, and fitted a K&N panel filter. Thats all it took, and now it flies

I've been thinking that for a while, and then decided "I'm gonna do it today". glad i did now. looks so mush better for it.

looks good mate, nice and shiny...did mine today too :) there is just something about black cars, when there clean there lovely, moment you drive down the road, and hours of work wasted :( oh and i can imagine the state of it before :) had 2 weeks worth on mine, looked al dull and horrible.

Thats the worst thing about black cars. They look fantastic when they are cleaned up, but only takes a mile or two to ruin that finish.
Worth the effort though.

yeah thats the problem, love to clean mine at work with the big pressure washer etc in the barn, but the local building site makes the road soo dirty, by the time i get home it looks like i have;nt done anything, mine is so sparky im off cruising in a bit, gonna go and laugh at the chavs down the local cruise..oh im sooooo bored...:( (i shouldnt have a admitted that really)

Looking very good! Can't beat shiny black cars :D As said though, just a shame they don't stay cleaner for longer!

Nice exhaust too by the way. I'm not usually a fan of that twin-pipe style but that looks really good :)

Not bad for a standard exhaust.

Looks nice that Davey, i guess that's the preparation work from the detail still having an effect. Every time I see a shiny black car, i wish i'd bought one - until i see one dirty then i know Platinum is the right colour ;)
