I cant see it being a leak, if you floor it from low revs you gets a fluctuation in boost, if you gradually depress the trottle to the same position most the time its fine and will hold the correct boost level - which makes me think its not a leak as how could it hold the correct level where it normally bounced - so its basically a problem when initial high boost is requested.
Also when full throttle from higher revs its seems to be ok most the time.

now i feel like a prat i bought a 225 tt tb second hand so i should of known havent fitted it but may get round to it, b4 i do ill clean it n get it polished. i take it wiv all this fiddlein n un pluggin things people r leave the ignition on for bout a min while it aligns the tb, noticable by chime n if u lean in the engine bay n listen u can hear it movin.
