Thanks for the reply, I went with 9mm thickness, had to use a different approach though. Whenever I screwed the fins in from the back, the wood was just splitting, so I had to cut slots in the diffuser, poke the fins through the back and fibreglass them! Turned out well! All filled, primed ready to paint at the min! Thanks for the guide
