Will get one tomorrow. It's bolted on to the. Engine cover and then angled down.

Looks good Jake. Hope the splash guard avoids any further water ingress. Do you think you'll bother with a plastic battery cover for battery, or just remain as is? My fabric one on the Passat CC seems to collect lots of crud and such.

looks like it serves its purpose well,may have to adapt my cover to fit with a water run off tray or just make something to go over the coilpacks and drip to the back.

leon cupra k1 -only gone and bought it back.

When I cut my cover up I left the back part, just cut the underside off for as much protection from water as I could get.

well winter wheels are here to try on, 17" oem wheels courtesy of chrisr

just need to sort the winter tyres and decide on the all important colour, any suggestions.

while the car was on the ramp I also decided to wind it back down to were it was originally

decided to get the car ready for winter,

seen as im picking up the winter tyres this evening

car was washed, dried then taped up

the paints in great condition as I fully colour sanded the car,

so today just saw 3m yellow and blue top, followed by two coats of hd wax, the glass already has gtechniq on it for protection to, then the rubbers and plastics treated with 303 aerospace, tyres dressed with autoglym tyre dressing, even waxed the door shuts haha
