Plan is to do the back box delete myself seen as it was done so well before !!!

Then I'm not sure about getting these

Like the mk5 ones but it means I'd have to cut my door panels. So massive job with potentially big cost.

Sorry to qoute all this jake but I have bought these LEDs for my car but I'm not sure about where to get a live from? I see you've put the LEDs in your mirror how did you go about that ??

I never actually fitted those door warning lights as you have to cut the door card,

If you google that golfmk5 link it has the pin out in the controller of the door, so they work like factory. Usually a case of taking an earth then swapping a pin over.

im tempted, tbh theres nothing lost as I have all the stuff, so unless it gets snapped up, theres no rush

first priority is the back bumper and exhaust

Glad you've bought it back. I would keep the tailgate and lights though.

Agree with keeping the rear set up as you made it look much better in doing so IMO.

Good to see you bought it back, always like a nice story :)

So today my bumper arrived, I went for the facelift linea r

The bumper comes blank, so you have to cut the exhaust exit yourself.

Here it is all ready for paint,

Now when doing a yellow, I always put a pure white ground coat down for coverage, sorry forgot pic

Here's the bumper done

So with the bumper painted I got on the phone to David at sere, ordered the matching front grilles, and then splashed out on the main linea r front grille,

I plan on blacking the outer edge like so

But gloss black,

I've decided to keep the facelift tailgate and led lights and flog the k1 tailgate and lights, and spoiler. I've also got a genuine brand new k1 badge if any one wants that,

After that, probably nearly due a service and mot, and may just treat it to some coil packs.

Also does anyone know good exhaust people local to Rochdale who can work with stainless steel?
