Leon Fog Lights not Working

Hi all,

Have just bought an '05 Leon FR & discovered neither the front or rear fog ligts are working. SOmehow I doubt all of the bulbs have blown and the fuse is fine, so having looked around on here I think there must be a problem with the light switch.

Is there anything I can do to fix the switch or are these known to just fail? How much am i looking at for a new one?

They fail mine were on constantly.
Not sure on price pm seremotors or post in his section seeing you only have 13 posts

jeez...£60 for a damn light switch! Are these used on any other vag models so i can do a search for a used one or have a call around a few dealers, or is it a leon specific part?
Also is there anything else i could check...are there any relays that are likely to fail?

I remember seeing them for about £35 ish? but can't recall the site.

lol. Thats just cruel! Was it a seat dealer or a google search for used parts?

was a new part, an on-line spares place.

Cant you go look on eby for leons breaking?? be much cheaper
