Agreed, I've just put gloss black ones on my pre-facelift. I think the chrome outline helps make the badges more distinct and stand out more, especially on the front grill, the badge being all black without the chrome outline makes it quite hard to see imo

Definitely does, sometimes you see blacked out grills on cars and you may as well just take the badge off as you can’t see it!

Just think the grill surround on my car should be black to match it a bit better, hopefully getting that done on Tuesday then I'm planning on getting some black mirror caps to top off the look

Me too, although I’ll be using plasti-dip in case I’m not fond of it

I'd give plasti dip a go myself but I've never been the best at things like that, I think a wrap can be taken off just as easy as plasti dip though. Only reason for me going for a wrap is for gloss black instead of matte black.
