Leon FR PD TDi "flat spot"

Hi,

Hopefully you guys can help with my Leon.

2006 (56) PD FR TDi (BMN)

Whilst accelerating quite hard, towards the top of the revs, it stutters for a second or two in every gear. I've plugged in my code reader with no fault codes found.

I've unplugged the MAF, no change. Unplugged the MAP sensor, no change. Left the MAP off to make sure the code reader was working..... fault code given (yay)

I can't get live data with my gadget so if that's the only option I'll have to find a garage to plug me in.

Any ideas before that?
