So many questions!!! Lol
Firstly, here is a link to a site where someone has adapted the cutoff. It's a similar principle on all projectors so once you get yours open you will see how they work.

Tarek, don't use silicone to seal the lights but use butyl rubber sealant. Similar to silicone but the recommended stuff and also what most car manufacturers use.
As for doing your own, once you have the headlight lens off the reflector is held on by 2 small bolts which screw directly into the back of the reflector....very simple to remove. If you have a small projector and shroud then this will sit within the existing reflector once you cut the back of it, however as you have mentioned, my projector (once it has the D2S adapter on the back) sticks out of the back about 10mm. I have therefor cut a hole in the removable plastic cover and mounted a small extension on it. This is fixed with epoxy resin and silicone.
As for the electric adjuster, this works fine as its quite a large part of the headlight which moves, not just the reflector....once you open it up you will see what I mean.
Ahmed, I'll sort this out when I get some time....forgot to take a photo of it last night!
Will, I was originally going to mount the projector and shroud inside the reflector however because of the sizes and that the reflector is slightly oval it just didn't look right. It also made the shroud very close to the headlight lens which I didn't like the look of. If I were to get a different projector which is smaller than the FX-R then the majority of shrouds would fit inside the reflector. I think a Morimoto projector would work but they have a H1 bulb and I wasn't sure if that would cause any issues with the car....I stuck with the FX-R due to it having a H7 bulb.
I've made a very simple bracket to hold the projector and also fix using the original reflector mounting holes. The way I have done it is to make the projector easily adjusted befor finally setting it in place, I.e. up/down, left/right and also turning on an axis so the cut off beams are straight.
To hide the back of the projector and mounting bracket I will use a piece of DVD case heated and curved to the shape of the shroud. It works perfectly (I did a quick trial) and a perfect colour match to the headlight plastic.
Hope this answers your questions!
