Haing had my FR now since xmas eve, i still have not got the manual from the dealer, i hae asked for it but they said its on back order and ill get one as soon as they get them in. Any ideas how long this takes and if happened to you?

I had this problem when I got my car. I just kept going in, then made a bit of a fuss one day when there were customers in looking at a Leon. They then got me a set of manuals etc out another car.

I got a spanish one with my car, not really any use to me. I got onto the dealer and they sent me a new one within a week, but im guessing they had an english one already.

Just go in and kick up a stink, mention calling Seat Customer Services that will proably magic one out of nowhere for you... As said above they will probably have one for another car there, its not like they will be selling buckets loads of cars at the moment!

i dont fancy another 90 mile drive just to pick up my manual ive rang them but thats what they keep telling me.

Ah thats a bummer, just ring Seat customer services then, tell them your being fobbed off and not happy, and how are you supposed to know about what you should and shouldnt do for the warranty, ask them if they are prepared for your warranty to run from when you actually get the documents telling you what you should do to protect it.....

not sure of the number im afraid, although I have seen it in other threads, try searching for it

0500 222222 or if that doesn't work add an extra 2 to the end.

I rang them all too many times unfortunately
