Leon MY00 struggling to hold 900 rpm on idle

As its say's above .... Done a search.... Could it be th N75 ?? EGR is turned off - its due a service - But wish to get this sorted before I do the normal 10K service 65K on the clock had Cam service 5k ago.. Okay over a year ago....

Any thoughts peeps./.

Update its okay now - weird .... bad fuel? from the bottom of the tank?

Could be a bit of an air leak somewhere. Was it cooler when the revs were struggling than when they weren't?

Nope both times engine was cold - seems okay now.. strange... will vag com her whan I can to see if any thing shows....

Had this 3 times on my 20vt, I know it probably isn't relevant but dealer VAGcom showed up that it was running too rich on one cylinder. They stripped it all down but couldn't find anything wrong. Put it back together and it was fine for a few months then the same again. It was worse some mornings than others but no real pattern.

Interesting thought, wifes Bammer spluttered/stalled yesterday ....

I filled both cars at the same garage on the samp pump... I think, that as both are now fine, it was rubbish in the fuel ... It begins with T, but is not a food store ...

Now that could be telling, but what occured I guess is possible - rubish in the fuel, both cars suffered??
