Leon SE 18 Inch alloys

Hi,

Currently got the standard 17s on my leon, wanted to upgrade them to 18s potentially. I have saw some people saying that 18s gives it a strange look because the suspension is a little higher up compared to FRs, could I get some advice? If anyone has done this same upgrade and has any pictures to give me an idea of how it would look it would be much appreciated.

Honestly, this sort of problem is almost always tyres rather than suspension.

I highly, highly doubt going from 17s to 18s would look strange on standard suspension. It's usually when people put weird size tyres (or, the 18s they've bought come with tyres already fitted that aren't right for the car they are going onto) that it looks strange.

I’ve got 225/40R18 on my Cupra, and they look fine. I prefer the extra sidewall compared to when I had the stock 19s.
