Light throttle in Traffic

Hi

Im having a problem when sat in traffic. the cars warm, but in slow moving traffic it seems very jumpy. I try to be as light as humanly possible on the throttle but still seems to be jumpy

Any ideas would be appreciated.

i had a fiesta st and that was the same. pain in the ass for driving round town. when i put a full miltek system on it incl manifold decat, and stage 2 map it ran really nice in town. strange

Try cleaning the throttle body
