Yes mate ;) Just a quick question for the other Arosa people, do the mk3 ibiza cupra alloys fit on them? ie is the fitment the same?

I will do :D before and after i give it a full clean, will even get the clay bar out on it :D and polish the **** out of it

You couldve saved some of the expense, not bought your car and cleaned mine instead ? Look forward to seeing it, dont think I have seen a metallic blue MK2 before.

Its a Mk1 im afraid, would have liked a Mk2 but they are as rare as rocking horse ****, and i needed to act fast to get this one.

yup, same offset & PCD (would look ace on 5 spokes)

Excellent :D

I also know that i stated to other people that i wasnt gonna mod this car, but, if i can get a cheap set of wheels, i also need a cd player as it only has a tape one in it at the mo.Also may change to mk2 rear lights as they are pretty cheap.

heres a quick picture for you all, its the only one i have and its off there site;

Is it really a mk1 sport? :-o Does it have a centre exit exhaust?

As in that case you have got something thats even rarer than rockinghorse doodoo! On both here and clublupo, I only know of another 2 in the country!

If you look closely it dose say 16v on the front grill? if so dose that mean it's the rare one? :)

A mk1 sport will be a 1.4 16v (as opposed to the 8v normal 1.4), a centre exit exhaust, and a few other features like fog lights :)

Very rare version of the mk1!

I've seen a fair few mk1 Sports; a silver one the other day included. They used to do some dodgy body kit for it too.

Yep, it does have a centre exit exhaust and yes its a sport :D
So as it seems i have a rare old bean then :D thats good to know for when, if i come to resell it

Any plans for it Dan?

Wll i did say No plans at all for it tris, but you know me  i cant leave anything standard, not even the mrs cupra (she has my old seat sport strut brace )

Yeah, well first things first i need a CD player for it as it only has a tape player, and possible gonna get some MK3 Cupra alloy wheels, and get them sprayed anthracite.
I checked at work and we do race spec clutches, and uprated springs and shocks for it  so i may change the suspension at one point in the distant future.

Also may change the rear lights, as there is a set on EBAY http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-LUPO-SEAT-...ryZ72248QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
and also gonna change the front headlight bulbs to maybe some of these :

Think that will be all of it for then, not gona go mad on it as ill be buying the mrs Cupra in a years time or so, then wll keep the arosa for when i have work done on the cupra (BT Conversion )

Then in the very distant future i am even thinking of either dropping a 20vt engine in there and getting it to around 270 bhp, or getting allards to drop a race spec diesel engine in it running around the 260 bhp area:whistle: that would be awsome.
