back into the idea of speed then spanny!
Errrrrmmmmmmmmm :hide: nah not just yet, ike i said, the idea of this year is to get all my cc and loans payed off, and with this car and me being sencible with it and not spending 6.2k in just over a year like i did on my ibiza i should be sweet, and beable to buy the mrs car no problems, having payed the arosa off aswell. So all is still good.

Although, with the cupra im sure il be back to the idea of speed properly, but not drive it how i drove the ibiza, and mist of the time that as like i stole it.

might have somecupra compition then next year might have to spend even moe doh ;)

na the arosa for now to save is cool

Yup, it should be pretty good fun, considering it only weighs 940kg and has 100 bhp :D should be great :D Will be collecting it tomorrow after work. Bunnin is also getting stage 2 remap tomorrow so will se if its as good as gaz's after aswell as he is taking me to collect it.

cool if it was mine personally and i didnt want to spend loads but wanted it to look rude id get it slammed !!! on standard rims will be like a go-cart

Any links lunalupi? prices etc? What are they from? the LUPO?

Havn't got any here - on my mums laptop so have none of my favourites with me :( But you can use the ones from certain Lupos, I think Eibach make one, and a few other places.

Welcome to the world of the Arosa - where there are only a select few companies making parts for them and it will take many hours of searching to get the right one!

 same as the MK4 ibiza then, although steering and suspension wise my company is OE on alot of he stuff anyways, so suspension il lget through work when i choose to change it. Control arms etc cambelts etc etc i can also get through work for pennies ;)

Well what can i say :-o what a fun little car to drive this is  its a hoot :D Found a few niggles though :( the water temp sensor i think has a loose connection or something, as sometimes it works, others its read 0 , also the rear wiper needs to be replaced, and the side indicator glass :( as i found that it had cracked. Also is it just me or is the clutch pedal supposed to be stiff? as even with my fr tdi with uprated clutch it was never that hard..... It works still, and can select gears ok, just wondering if it could be a problem?

Gonna get it booked in at the end of the month to get the cambelt changed to be on the safe side aswell.

On the whole though its cool, very small, but cool none the less. Didnt have chance to take pics as i have been busy, and also had to make the gf some dinner when we got back. Will clean it tomorrow and get some pictures up for you all. :D

:D Good aren't they?

I might be able to help with a few of those niggles:

What's wrong with the rear wash wipe? If it just doesn't squirt water it could be that the pipe has come off.

The side indicator, which one is it? I have several here :)

My clutch is quite stiff, it always has been, but 2 1/2 years later its still going strong so can't be a sign of anything too worrying!

Its the drivers side indicator light thingy, and as for the rear wiper, its just the blade, so will purchase one at the weekend. What other things do you have lunalupi?

Span.. seems the 'clutch thing' is an 'early Seat thing.. most mk2 beezers have them, and a few of the 'Rosa drivers Ive spoken to have mentioned it, too.. youve been spoilt, by having had a mk4 before, fella, thats all ;)

I can't remember which indicator I have - its up in Leicester still.....

Got a whole collection of odd bits - its easier if you work out anything you need and send me a pm :)

I think it's cool .... little baby car :) at least you know the cupra hasn't been thrashed though :p

It doesnt look like the arosa has been thrashed either hun, found out the first 2 where females, and the person the got it from seat brought it off the sales guy i got my first ibiza from. :D So think its been looked after, apart from the cam belt not being changed.

Luna, i may have to take you up on your offer, as if your in leicester thats not a very long way away from me (Rugby) so could travle up to you if needed and show you my rare car :p Also do you know if the problem with the water temp sensor is an easy fix? or where to look?
