Loose mirror

Any ideas how to tighten a look wing mirror on a leon stylance?

What tools required and difficulty rating would be useful

If it's loose att he base, you need to take the door panel off (which is a very big job) and there is a 13mm nut holding it on.

If it's loose where it pivots then I'm not sure.

guess it should be covered by warranty, seems to have just worked loose, and squeaks when they are folded in.

take it to the dealer mate.

If you are still under warranty take it in to the dealer. I had a similar problem with the passenger side folding mirror and they replaced it without any arguement. They mechanic told me that the company has had quite a few cars in with the folding mirror squeaking and it is almost always on the passenger side. Take it in - they'll sort it.
