Hi, I have checked but cannot find anything too specific on this code and my car
I have a 2010 Ibiza FR 2.0 cr140
Recently it has been going into limp mode and giving me the p008700 (Low fuel rail/system pressure) but it is quite intermittent.
I thought the best place to start would be the fuel filter, I have changed that a few days ago and have run a tank a fuel through along with some injector cleaner, just to try and aid in cleaning and of the fuel system and injectors. It runs a little better but you still cannot put your foot down as it might go limp, it might not, I find it's worse if the car is in 3rd/4th gear around 2k revs and under and you put your foot down, it's like the car isn't getting enough fuel and feels bogged down, then goes into limp, I suspect it may be the in-tank lifter pump or the HPFP(really hoping it isn't that).
I have OBDeleven and some screenshots attached, but I am not sure what exactly to look at next, does anyone have any advice? Also what pressure should the rail and HPFP be seeing/doing? Hopefully, I can check that in more detail and know further what the issue is and I'm not about to just throw parts at it.
