Low Profile tyre Pressure for Ibiza

HI as the above I was wondering what the tyre pressure would be for these tyres as the pressure on the fuel cap would prob be for Std tyres Im guessing.

Our tyres are 205/45/16

Yep they're standard. I have 33 at front, 31 at rear.
