Excellent guide here for fitting coilovers, http://nclh.org/car/coilover_howto/ The only thing i have to add to it is use white grease to lub up the top mount bearings, i had coilovers fitted recently by a garage and the forgot to do this, i was getting load creaking from them, had to take them off grease them up and refit, not a happy camper.
