Lowering Seat Leon MK3 hatchback

Hi everyone
New to the forum, former owner of a Golf MK5 and now the happy owner of a Seat Leon MK3 5f 1,2 TSI DSG Hatchback

I'm looking into lowering the car, i think around 40mm drop front/rear will be suitable.

Can anyone show me their lowering, and how much it is? Should it be 35/40mm or what is the perfect stance with lowering springs?
