Hi everyone I am thinking of fitting some lowering springs to my mk3.5 fr 2.0 tdi 184. Has anyone got any suggestions or fitted anything. Would love some pics and anyone's advice please. I was looking at eibachs but get so confused as there seems to be so many options. Cheers everyone thanks again

Hi mate thanks for the reply only about 30mm if possible no lower as I won't get on my drive lol but I understand the fr doesn't go that low is that true due to the different suspension ? Thanks again mate

With the FR being lowered from factory, you need to take off around 15mm from any quoted drop. Meaning the Eibach Pro springs would give you around a 20mm/15mm drop and the Eibach Sportline springs would give you around a 30mm/25mm drop.

H&R is also a good option and would give around a 20mm drop.

Thank you so very much mate for all your help with this I really appreciate it. In your experience do they simply fit and go or does the geometry of the car have to be set up I.e would I have to get the tracking re done afterwards ? Thanks again
