Lowering Springs FR

Folks, I have a mk3 FR Leon 150BHP. I'm pretty tempted to lower it, only thinking round 30-45mm, does anybody have any pictures of theres lowered, if so what springs did you go for?

Does lowering springs affect the electronic dampening within the different driving modes?

i would like to know the answer on the electronic dampening too, does lowering kit affect this?
