Pah!!.. My 'new' wheels are slowly in the process of being refurbed so will be ready to roll in the spring, along with , all being well, a few other ideas I have floating around in my head and my car sitting a tad lower than it is now

ohhh both us on new wheels, i need to refurb them over xmas, then should be throwing them on in new year (when i can afford tyres lol)
are you running 195/45/15 on the RA's? i got 6.5J and contemplating a little stretch (don't want 165/50/15) as that means 165 on the ground, crap traction, either 175, 185 or 195?

Yep. and will be running the same on the Borbets although, without going to look , Im sure the Borbets are 7" wide rather than 6.5 like the BBS's.

thanks, so yours will have a bit of stretch, i'm sure the borbets only came in 7, 8 and 9's IIRC

the 2 will prob stay in winter-mode untill about march/april now tbh, fella.. will be mega busy work wise and when the weathers naff, i really can't be assed going out in the back garden or on the front drive messing about for hours with the car on my day/s off , although I will most likely run down Cov if theres a Mega-Meet in the offing.

i'm wanting to drop my tdi by 60/40 as this seems to give the best result, anyone know any companies that make these kits for tdi ibiza?
I've seen a kit which says it supports 1-1.8T petrol and I thought this would be good enough to support the weight of the diesel lump?
