My girlfriend has a tdi 130 03/04 (not exactly sure what year) and we are lookin for some lowering springs. It's on 16s at the min. We want it pretty low but don't really want to buy coilovers as we are saving for other things. Can anyone post up pics to show us how low their Ibiza mk4 is on springs and let us no what make and size they are??? Any advice is appriciated.

i seen a set of 60mm lowering all round, will i need the shorter arb links if i put these in?

Yep, I agree with CJ, you're shocks will not last long lowered that much on just springs. Rule of thumb is generally no more that 30/40mm on standard shocks.

not sure what your budget is, but if you look at DPM performance on here, they have a set of lowering springs with shortened shocks for about £200. They'll get you a 50mm drop - I reckon I'll be getting a set of them after I've remapped my FR.

yep...mattwood is right about 200 quid for 50-55mm drop on dampers and springs. look on dpm performance
