Making a post?

I'm trying to make a new thread in the Ibiza MK4 forum, but it keeps saying i can't post URL's, but there arn't any in my post?? Prob's something silly, but what am I doing wrong??

What post are you trying to make? Try posting it here and if it wont let you then I would PM a member of admin and asking whats wrong with the post (politely). Check out the rules for a list of admin to send it to.

EDIT just realised you can't PM. In which case if you can't post it here go through it with a fine toothcomb to see whats wrong with it.
