Does anyone know if there are any maintainance manuals avialable for the Mk 4 Tdi Ibiza. Haynes don't list anything for the Ibiza or the equivalent Polo?

no, but put a request to haynes, they have recently done a new mini one, but they only respnd to requests, and when it looks viable to do it they go ahead and do it, remember they have to fully document a complete car strip down including engine, so its not an easy task.

If there's specific areas you're interested in, you can download the official Seat workshop guides from Erwin (so a search on "Erwin", I posted about it some months back)

Thanks for the help i've bought the cd so I will let you know if its any good. I don't intend to to get my car serviced by the dealers again if i can help it.
I would'nt trust them to change a light bulb.
