when you did that did you make room for a cold intake pipe or have you kept your fog lights ? was thinking of doing it but dunno if it would be a good idea or not and just keep um :-/
Thanks mate. Unfortunatley I've not got the time at the minute, its really easy though. I took the idea and measurements from JamJay and adapted slightly to suit my plans.
Its funny you should mention the an intake from the fogs, I've just cut an additional hole in the shield below the MAF hole to run a could air feed from the foglights, should be all fitted soon. I've already got the mk4 R32 DSG intake in place of the original airfeed.

Looking good mate. Wish i could afford that TIP, I've got the Badger 5 3" TIP, it'll be interseting to see what your mass airflow is with it fitted.

Have TX already put beads on the pipework?or am i just seeing things on those pics of the intercooler set up?

Ah, that's good Im wondering if i've got confused or if they've just started adding beads to them but i was under the impression the pipework had no beading at all on it, as i was thinking i was going to have to get the pipes beaded if i bought this kit...

just a quick update, took the car on a long journey to cornwall and it went well got bout 39mpg which werent to bad for it having a stage 2 map and i was doin 80-100 lol
gonna give it a good clean today so will put some pics up of washed and polished also im gonna try debadge the LEON on the boot, WISH ME LUCK lol
on a quick note:
just wondering what were your thoughts on the liquid gauge ? it looks great and seems really easy to use but was just wondering what your thoughts on them were ? How accurate are they on boost and oil temp ? and timings ?
just im debating between One of these or a single nomad pillar and a boost gauge, any help is more then welcome...
