Martin's LCR ** Update - Now Hybrid**

got around to changing some small hoses on my LCR today i decided againest the silicone pipes as everyone has um so i choose braided

i think it looks great i couldnt do the horse shoe as i forgot that braided hoses wont sterch so the 10mm braided hose i have wont sterch over the connectors so im gonna have to order some 12.5mm braided hose then change it

I also have some red alloy hose seperaters which will be goin on once i chsnge all that horse shoe pipe up to the top of the engine bay

Yea deffo lol more 8mm needed if i wanna do all them pipes on the right side and possibly top of the engine

No mate not at all like 8quid a meter from torques on ebay they are very good, thats where i got the finishers from too, also got my hose seperaters which aint been put on yet, will be once i got the horse shoe one done all the way to top of bay

Just a quick update, took my car into Unit 18 yesterday to try source what the issue is for my battery dying, sadly they couldnt sort it yet but gonna try again soon

On a brighter note i got my Badger 5 Tip fitted and WOOOOOOOOW, it sounds like a jet engine as my turbo sucks air haha its great and love the DV sound i get, very happy with it

So now onto Backdraft for them to readjust my Stage 2 and to have alil look and see if they can source the electrical issue...

Got the car booked in for a Power Run at Marlin Motorsport in MK fingers crossed it gets some good figures

be happy with at least 275-280bhp

Yea i love the tip it looks and the sound is amazing, and yes sir lol, funny enough i actually just bought some bits so i could start cleaning it next week while im off work, also gonna hopefully sand down and spray paint batt box and engine cover also gonna have a go at polishing my manifold, fingers crossed nothing goes wrong haha...

Unless your free to clean it for me ? Yours is always so sparkley

Looks great mate. Did the car feel quicker once the tip was fitted as it's supposed to give gains up to 20bhp on it's own. Where did you get the heat shield???

Felt good mate, got it booked on some rollers monday at 9am fingers crossed it comes out with some good numbers, i got the heatshield on ebay, RDS did send me his plans for making one i tried but it was a failed attempt so just bought one for cheap lol

That tip looks great, are you still getting the silicone coupler to push the Jetex out to the wing? along with a cold air feed from the fog light? really looking forward to seeing your bay progress. Good luck on the rollers mate

yea still waiting for the coupler in the post, bloke i bought it off on ebay had sold out so just waiting now lol but couldnt wait so had to fit it haha,

yea fog lights are out, gonna drill the holes on the back of the honeycomb this weekend and try get it in, did you have to take the battery off to fit yours in ?

Had it Dyno'd today and it made a lovely 301.0 BHP and 447Nm Torque (Roughly 329.67ft lb)

Very Happy With The Figures For Now Anyway

had abit of a boost spike at 1.7bar, spoke to ali at Unit 18 and he says its how revo sometimes run there maps to get the figures...
