Matching different shades of paintwork

Is there anyway of achieving this?

I'm cleaning a car at some point this week, and they've asked me that question. The driver's side front end has been resprayed and obviously looks much fresher than the rest of the paintwork.

Any particular products i can use?

what colour is it?

depends if its a clear over base or the older solid colours, if its a vauxhall red/white blue you may have a chance.

if not then no

It's a Ford KA, it's a lighter blue, not quite sky blue though
