I really like these, I had a mk1 Arosa and wanted to put a Lupo GTI engine in but I got my ibiza instead. Yours looks nice and sounds like youve got some good plans for it.

Adjusters are out the back and front is just over half way down!
Cant park outside house no more neither, and just about manages up on lower kerbs lol

Also since then ive smoothed the wiper & 'Lupo' off the back
Smoothing number plate recess, handle & aerial in week or two
And new alloys coming in end of this week :)

i really like these cars, tempted, but they hold their value quite well (aka i can't afford one lol) you going to have the euro kind of look? splits/replica rims?

Yeah hold the value really well

21000 miles on the clock and paid 7grand for it
Bit steep, but worth it imo
Rare as hell really :)

Yeah going for the euro look, alloys should be poking out shortly as well as smooooth :)

After saving for ages i might get my hands on some splits but kinda sick of BBS wheels, unless their rare ones or ones hardly used for euro style

see what i mean, 7k, they hold their value well, good investment though (i'm a cheap student so can't afford nothing lol)

yeah i get what you mean, some BBS's are getting boring, but looking at the Ultimate Dubs pictures (http://www.gtini.com/flash/UD09/UD09.html) theres some rare/different BBS's on there i like! (someone even put the centre piece on the outside instead of the inside, clever clever lol)

gonna keep reading this thread as i love them lil' cars!

ps. some ronal turbo wheels would look mint on that!

Paid £365 for the coilovers, and ronals do but my pal had them on hers and just sold them for some schmidts so dont want to copy her :)

Getting the standards done in grey first as well as alloys on in a few weeks :)

there goes my next suggestion (schmidts lmao)
they look mint though, and it isn't copy if you get them done in another colour (anthracite?)

yeah the standard wheels are cool, and will make good winter wheels if need be!

Either go over it with drivers wheel first or as ive done a couple of times, spin it and reverse over it ;) haha

But nah dont hang about, wanting the interior finished by the summer
Got a few more bits n bobs to source first

And got some unique ideas not been done on a loop before in mind ;)

wow you got a lupo. i cant remember if i posted in your last thread but i did read it ive always wanted one of those gti lupos. thats a bloody good example too. just stay away from snowy roads. i bet thats like a go kart even more now with that suspension.

Haha yeah it really hates anything slippy, even more with the front camber being -4 degrees!

But hopefully sorted soon, just spending too much on it elsewhere lol

Yeah sure is like a gokart, mental fun on country roads :D
