mechanical diff on Cupra

well the peloquin is as good as a quaife, I just never notice the difference much with these things. most people rave on about them and say its the best mod ever, so must be good then :p

I have been looking in to this, but there are not many drive in drive out places that can do it, and the ones that do exist are all down in Engerland. Price wise, regardless of which diff or who does it, all the people I have spoken to who can do it want £1100-£1200 all in to supply and fit the diff......

A Quaife is about £585 (not sure if that includes VAT) on their website. I guess there is a lot of work involved in fitting one of these.

gearbox out job iirc. Drove dans car now and I want a diff once I get more power :D

have you stopped coasting round corners with your foot on the clutch yet? :p

I think a lot of how well a diff works is how you drive the car. it's a noticeable difference though

I used to be able to really wind my mk1 RS focus out in first and actually get somewhere, that was a Quaiffe diff - only doing about 260hp though :blink:
