Mid pitched squeal coming from rear wheel & some warranty questions

Ok so when driving along there is now a mid pitched squeal coming from my left rear wheel. It sorta reminds me of the sound like when a bicycle wheel is buckled. Any ideas on what it could be, sounds like something needs lubing. Could it potentially be dangerous? Kinda worried about this noise. I would expect SEAT to fix this under warranty, what do you guys think?

Also I have noticed that for the past 2 weeks the rear right side of my car is sitting lower than my left side by about an inch or two. Failed shock absorbers or something? Again should my warranty cover this?

And lastly my rear drum brake covers are totally rusted away and look cack imo, should I ask SEAT to replace them under warranty or is there something I can do D.I.Y to bring them back up to standard?

Thanks :D

all should be covered exept the rusty brake drums which can be solved with a tin of hamerite
i wouldnt expect seat to get it right first time tho as in my experience they are useless and will probably try and fob you of but keep perservering and they should sort it

Could easily make a high pitched squeal if you have the rear disk brakes... Why did you believe you have rear drums anyways on a sport? Are you sure your not looking at the small drum? In the center of the rear disk brakes, there for when you put your hand brake on. So if the disks we're hot they don't get warped...

1.4 sports come with rear drum brakes. The sound is pretty much intermittent.

Have to disagree, not all sports come with rear drum brakes. As mine definitely have disk/drum combo same as on the Cupra:funk:. That said I still think you should eliminate the brakes as your source of squealing. To me it sounds like the most likely culprit...
